The Trixie Reptiland reflector clamp lamp with wire guard is a terrarium set with a ceramic fitting, reflector and guard for reptile heat lamps. The set consists of an extremely heat-resistant ceramic fitting with silicone cable into which the lamp is screwed. Around it sits a lamp shade with a polished reflector, which, for example, effectively increases UVB radiation and allows a greater distance between the animal and the lamp, and therefore more safety. The mesh guard stops the animal from getting close to the lamp and burning itself on it. With the supplied clamp you can use the lamp as a clamp lamp, but it can also be used freestanding or hanging.
