How it works
Order
Every euro you spend on products earns 1 bonus point. Shipping costs do not count.
Your points are released
As soon as your order ships, the points are on your balance.
Spend them
At checkout you choose how many points to use. Every 100 points are €1.00 off.
An example
Two orders of €50.00 earn 100 points: €1.00 off your third order.
More points
- 50 points for reviewing a product you bought.
- 500 points when we feature your photo or video tagged #tailz.be on our site. How it works
- Every subscription delivery earns points too.
When points are taken back
- If you return or cancel an order, the points it earned are taken back.
- If you spent points on that order, you get them back.
- Guest orders do not earn points: they live on your account.
Good to know
- Points are valid for 365 days from the moment they are released.
- 7 days before points expire, we send you a reminder.
- When you spend points, your oldest go first.
- Your balance, and everything you earned and spent, is in your account under My points.
