Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing from Tailz.be (https://tailz.be/), you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Articles VI.47–53) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This policy applies to online orders delivered to your address, not for in-store pickups.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. Exercising Your Right
Inform Tailz.be within the 14-day period via:

You bear the burden of proof for timely notification. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
3. Returning Goods
Return the goods within 14 days of your notification to:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in intact packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Refund
All payments received (including standard outbound shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice via the same payment method. Refunds may be delayed until we have received the goods or you provide proof of return.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life.
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
Goods that, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery.
