This Payment & Shipping Information describes payment methods, shipping costs and delivery for online orders via Tailz.be (https://tailz.be/). Applicable to deliveries to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria and Luxembourg. Tailz.be is located at Weertstraat 15, 3800 Zepperen, Belgium (Strategix CommV, VAT: BE1016.537.036).

1. Payment Methods

1.1. Accepted Methods: Bancontact, Payconiq, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius, iDEAL, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Pay by Bank and bank transfer, via our payment provider Mollie, SSL-secured.
1.2. Payment: Full payment including shipping costs is required at checkout. Products remain the property of Tailz.be until full payment is received.
1.3. Prices: Inclusive of VAT and taxes, excluding shipping costs. Prices at checkout are final; Tailz.be is not bound by obvious errors.
1.4. Order Confirmation: After payment you will receive an email confirmation. Orders may be refused in case of stock issues, suspected fraud or non-consumer use; refunds within 7 business days.

2. Shipping Information

2.1. Delivery Locations: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria and Luxembourg, ground floor only; carriers (Bpost, DPD) do not deliver to higher floors.
2.2. Delivery Time: To Belgium and Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days after we receive your payment. To Germany: 2 to 5 working days after we receive your payment. To France: 2 to 5 working days after we receive your payment. To Austria: 2 to 5 working days after we receive your payment. To Luxembourg: 2 to 5 working days after we receive your payment. Depending on stock; delays may occur due to external factors.
2.3. Shipping Costs: To Belgium and Netherlands: €7.90 per order under €30.00 and €5.50 from €30.00, free from €49.00. To Germany: €12.50 per order, free from €59.00. To France: €15.00 per order, free from €69.00. To Austria: €15.00 per order, free from €69.00. To Luxembourg: €13.00 per order, free from €69.00. Shipping costs are also shown at checkout.
2.4. Restrictions: Consumers only; resale prohibited.
2.5. Delivery Process: Correct address required. Tailz.be is not liable for delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address. Risk transfers upon delivery.
2.6. Tracking: Tracking link by email once shipped (if available).

3. Returns & Refunds

See the Right of Withdrawal policy for returns (14 days). Refunds for cancelled/refused orders within 7 business days via the original payment method.
