Description
Puur Natuur Matatabi is complementary feed for cats, for the restless cat and for multi-cat households: 2 matatabi sticks. It offers distraction in situations such as a journey, a house move, a new family member or a stay in a boarding cattery or at the vet. Dried twigs of the matatabi tree (a relative of the kiwi tree, from Asia) relax cats; they contain actinidine and matatabilactone.
- For the cat with aggression, house-soiling, destructive behaviour (scratching furniture), a lot of meowing, a lot of licking or pulling out its hair, and for the frustrated cat
- Give as a toy: cats play with the stick, chew it or bite it to pieces and roll over it; with the bark removed the effect is greater
- No harmful side effects; some cats drool or seem ecstatic, which is harmless
Use: give no more than two to three times a week, otherwise the cat becomes accustomed to it. Remove the stick as soon as the cat has finished playing. If the cat is on medication, consult the vet first; stop if problems occur and consult the vet.
