The PetSafe Easy Walk harness in black is designed to gently discourage your dog from pulling when walking on the lead. It is easy to adjust and easy to use, it takes little time to get used to and no special techniques are required. The chest strap rests low across the breastbone and not on the sensitive windpipe area; according to the manufacturer, unlike traditional harnesses the Easy Walk harness therefore does not cause a tendency to cough, gag or choke. The unique lead attachment at the front stops pulling by steering the dog to the side and focusing his attention on you. The chest loop with D-ring (patent pending) gives extra influence for easy, relaxed control and prevents the harness from twisting and sagging.
- Quick-release buckle on both the shoulder strap and the belly strap, to make putting the harness on and off easier
- Soft but strong nylon with four adjustment points for maximum comfort and a reliable fit
- The belly strap has a different colour, so you can quickly see which strap goes around the shoulders and which under the belly
- Includes a nylon lead of 1.8 metres
Please note: it is advised not to use the Easy Walk harness with a retractable lead. With such a lead the dog is rewarded with more room to walk when he pulls, and a retractable lead always exerts light, constant pressure, so your dog learns that it is fine to keep pulling. The aim is to teach the dog NOT to pull.
Sizes (adjustable belly strap): M (Medium): 51 to 71 cm, for Border Collies and Spaniels; L (Large): 66 to 91 cm, for Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds and Rottweilers.
